Terms and Conditions for ConnectMyVoIP Services 

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to ConnectMyCloudIO, Inc. dba. ConnectMyVoIP (hereafter “ConnectMyVoIP”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
  2. Service Provision
    ConnectMyVoIP provides account management and onboarding services and related features as chosen by the customer. We strive to maintain high service standards but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  3. Relationship with Underlying Carrier
    The agreements pertaining to telecommunication services are established directly between the customer and the underlying carrier. ConnectMyVoIP functions solely as a value-added consultant and management entity, facilitating the integration and optimization of these services. Our role does not constitute a direct party to the service agreements between the customer and the carrier. 
  4. Limitation of Liability
    ConnectMyVoIP is not responsible for any damages or loss of business caused by the underlying phone carrier’s actions or inactions.
  5. Customer Responsibilities
  • Changes and Modifications: Any changes to the service are made at the request of the customer. The customer agrees to review and confirm the accuracy of such changes. 
  • Error Reporting: In the event of an error due to a change, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform ConnectMyVoIP promptly to revert or correct the changes. 
  • Hold Harmless: The customer agrees to hold harmless ConnectMyVoIP from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the use of the service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by ConnectMyVoIP. 
  1. Indemnification
    The customer agrees to indemnify and hold ConnectMyVoIP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service.
  2. Amendments
    ConnectMyVoIP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
  3. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Arizona Law.
